This policy explains what R9Exch collects when you use r9exch.live, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We keep the list short on purpose — we only ask for what we need to run your account and process your bets.
Your information is used to set up and run your account, process deposits and withdrawals, settle bets, prevent fraud, and answer your support requests. We may also use your mobile number to send account-related messages such as an OTP or an important notice about your ID.
We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect the information you share. No system is ever completely risk-free, so your own habits matter too: keep your password and OTP private, and never share them with anyone claiming to be from R9Exch — we will never ask for them.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where it is needed to run the service — for example with payment partners to process a transaction — or where the law requires us to. Any partner who handles your data is expected to protect it.
The site uses a small number of cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though turning some of them off may affect how the site works.
We keep your information for as long as your R9Exch ID is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can meet legal, financial and security obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is removed.

R9Exch is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
